Maybe the reason why the floor was dusty was due to Doris not knowing how to self care, or that she didn't know what to do with the soap, simple stuff for you and I but something major for someone in Doris's position. People who are incapacitated with mental health issues need to have more, however unfortunatly the government doesn't seem to think so..which is unfortunate. Keep up the good job..
